I started this business because of my family and friends. I love baking and have recently found it to be a great stress reliever. Since I graduated with my Master's Degree in Creative Writing, I have continued to bake on a daily/weekly basis for my friends and family. I have had many questions about when I am going to open my own bakery, and this is the first step in that direction. This is a long process in the making, but I'm excited to see where it leads.
